  • Want ongoing support for your brand design for one flat fee a month? With a monthly retainer, you secure a dedicated team ready to provide ongoing support, guidance, and swift responses to your brand's evolving needs. You receive 20 hours a month to be used as you see fit.*

    You get Priority Access: You're at the front of the line, always. Need a quick fix or urgent assistance? You're our top priority.

    We offer flexibility, adjust your retainer as your brand's needs evolve – scale up or down as you see fit. (minimum booking is 10 hours a month, price provided on a case by case basis).

    *hours do not roll over and unused hours will not be prorated.

Note that booking a la carte options without a package does not include a client call.

frequently asked questions

  • Yes, I require a 50% up front non-refundable deposit to be added to my books before any work is done. Once the deposit is paid and the contract is signed, you will be added into my calendar.

  • I am here to help you. You can expect my personal attention to your brand and a solution catered just for you. I will also provide 30 days of troubleshooting help once your project is done in case you have trouble accessing your files.

  • Absolutely! The way I break down the payments for your project is 50% up front deposit, 25% upon delivery of files for approval, and the remaining 25% upon delivery of final files. Final payment will be required before the files are released.

  • Upon signing of the contract, you will be invited to create an account in my client portal on HoneyBook. You will be able to view you files for approval and pay your balance all within a convenient system.

    Our primary method of contact will be through the client portal and/or email. As I cannot predict what my schedule may be more than a few days out, if you need to get in touch with me, email is the best form of contact as it allows me to reply to you quicker.

  • I will only be booking about 2 to 3 projects at a time so I can put all my focus into the current project as well as maintain a work/life balance. This means the sooner you book, the faster I can get you into my calendar!

  • While I value the importance of mentorship, I must prioritize my current commitments and responsibilities. As a result, I am unable to take on mentorship roles at this time.
